Teeka Marie is no ordinary one and a half year old dog. First of all, she has a Facebook page that can be read at http://bit.ly/TeekaMarie. Next, she shares her bones with other dogs. HER BONES. Teeka is an RPSM All-Star Graduate. Because of Teeka's superb grasp of commands, including 'Sit', 'Down', 'Wait', 'Front', 'Swing', 'Shake' and 'Out', she was voted City Councilwoman of the year and given the key to city after graduating from the RPSM prison program on 8/29/xxxx. Teeka is playful, fun-loving, house trained, loves relaxing in front of the television, gets along with other dogs after an adjustment period, and a beautiful, sleek coat. Teeka is an incredibly beautiful Labrador mix--she's well proportioned and has brown points on her paws, along with incredibly loving eyes and a gorgeous set of clean teeth. Teeka has a strong prey drive, which makes her incredibly smart and curious. Teeka should not live with cats or other small animals because she is determined to chase them. When Teeka first meets people, she may display some nervousness but she is becoming more accustomed to larger groups of people and children. Teeka should be walked with a no-pull harness to emphasize heeling. Because Teeka is a Lab-mix, she does have a lot of energy and should be walked daily, provided with play time, and have lots of opportunity to socialize with other well-mannered dogs. Teeka might jump up to greet people with enthusiasm so she should be monitored with children. Teeka has the potential to be an agility dog and learn a lot of tricks; she's highly food-driven and has impressive smarts! Teeka needs lots of puzzle toys when being crated to keep her brain stimulated. She will thrive in a home where she can get consistent attention, love, and structure from an experienced dog-owner. In return, Teeka will melt your heart, provide deep friendship and loyalty, and always great you with a smile. Teeka is spayed and UTD on all vaccines, HW, and FT. RPSM recommends children 6 years and older and a home with NO CATS. Teeka will require a fenced in yard, either physical or underground.
